Take the tower, after the tower is taken change the arrow. Everything except the plague farmer should be deployed either at the captured tower or at the right of the base (if it is melee to take the chest).
The only required talent is splashing pumpkins. Everything else is optional. All minis are optional but a recommendation is you need a balance of tanks, and air. You want to draw the AI to put as many minis on the right as possible so anything that can stick around and keep fighting is good.
ALWAYS deploy the plague farmer to the left of the base tower. He will take the chest & outrange the boss' agro range (ocasionally you will stray into it but don't worry).
The lowest average level I completed this with was 16.1 but I am sure it could be done with a slightly lower average.
